Say Happy Valentine's Day to Ver Sacrum

What in the world is more romantic than collaborating creatively with the one you love? Well nothing, obviously- just ask John Lennon and Yoko Ono! Or Paul & Linda- even Ringo Starr and Barbara Bach, for that matter.
I think that V-day is the perfect day to unleash Ver Sacrum's debut single, Cod'ine, upon the world. The members of this slamming and haunting torch-folk duo just happen to be my boyfriend and I, but I'm being entirely unbiased and chock-full of humility when I say that this song rules. We are scared by how good it is!
So, in the grand tradition of Buffy Saint-Marie, Donovan Leitch, The Litter, The Quicksilver Messenger Service, The Charlatans, Gram Parsons and about ten billion other bands, may I present to you:
