Love: Antoni & Alison

I have been majorly buying into the Antoni & Alison "brand identity" like whoa since I was a tiny little baby and their wares would occasionally show up in "Fifty Supercool Awesome Quirky Totally Rad Fineries for under Fifty Dollars" features in Seventeen magazine. At thirteen, I was weird and ignorant, altogether defined by a desperate need to align myself with anything European or cool. Antoni & Alison represented some sort of London hipster lifestyle that I couldn't have explained to anyone or even myself- along with Saffron Burrows of Republica, the video for "Country House" by Blur, and those unfortunate Fiorucci cherub t-shirts, Antoni & Alison (even though I barely even knew what it was) always seemed like everything I ever wanted out of life.
A couple days ago, I was reminded of the existence of A&A because Teen Vogue featured one of their t-shirts in some stupid "Here are Some Clothes that Most of you will Never be Able to Afford" spread, which motivated me to check out Antoni & Alison's website and online shop. Guess what? They're as fabulous as ever. I am continually searching (with a desperation probably not too far off from thirteen-year-old Laura's) for brands and clothing and labels and stores and blah-di-blahs that turn fashion into something legitimately funny (and not just fake-funny, like Moschino Cheap & Chic, which is consistently annoying, and not even that cheap. Or chic), and Antoni & Alison totally hit this. High-concept, high-humor, high-cutie cute. What's not to love?
The online shop had way too much radness to confine to one installment of Imaginary Shopping Spree, so here's my definitive "Best Of" for y'all:
