Snapshot: Listening, Watching, Reading, Wearing, Wanting

Listening: Smashing Pumpkins, Siamese Dream (it's been ages since I listened to it, I forget how good some of the songs really are); WFMU, i.e., THE BEST RADIO STATION EVARRRRRR. They're having a fundraising drive, if you like noncommercial awesome radio that plays everything from 50s doowop to French hardcore to your average indie stuff, donate!
Watching: Waltz With Bashir, which was freckin' fantastic.
Reading: Those damned Chekhov plays; some screenwriting book
Wearing: I'm on a film set for most of the weekend, so it's jeans, either boots or sneakers and some kind of t-shirt layered with cardigans and/or hoodies.
Wanting: TODAY IS THE GREATEST DAY I'VE EVER KNOWN.

Watching: the Veronica Mars episode with Jonathan Taylor Thomas
Reading: re-reading Fargo Rock City by Chuck Klosterman
Wearing: yellow + black but not like a bumblebee
Wanting: to ride Space Mountain when I'm Disneyland-adjacent today. It's not gonna happen but at least I get to go to Benihana, which a first I'm really stoked about. I also want my first Cadbury Creme Egg of the season.

Listening: Electric Frickin-Frackin Arguments; "Love You To" from Revolver because it's chill
Watching: Vicky Cristina Barcelona, which made me want to puke all over myself, especially ScarJo; Into The Wild, which was sad to me because now I know the truth about Sean Penn: he is dumb; The House Bunny, which was worth watching because Anna Faris is totally awesome and I wish she was my best friend; The Kinks: At The Rainbow
Reading: My own Twitter, and other people's Twitters. Who needs books when you have Twitter? I don't, apparently.
Wearing: It was a really cold week here in Toronto, so I've pretty much been sticking to my uniform of jeans/t-shirt/two sweaters/jewelry if I'm feeling moderately less lazy than usual.
Wanting: I will be in NYC this weekend, which is damned exciting. I just want it to be here now, so I can do all the fun NYC things I like to do, and see all my NYC buddies. Hi, NYC buddies! See y'all soon!
