Who Brought the Awesome: my Twitter boyfriend does good, elderly people listen to indie rock
A semi-regular, semi-random nogoodforme review of awesomeness in all its brief, glorious permutations that I was too busy to write about but nevertheless would like to share with everyone.
+ My fave celeb Twitterer Trent Reznor raised $260,000 in one day for a heart transplant patient. Dude, how nice is he? (Update: up to $645K. Yow!)
+ Liebe Marlene Vintage in Dujour Magazine! Beautiful clothes make for a beautiful editorial.
+ Up and Down Town is like Maira Kalman of fashion blogs. Pretty illustrations, and sharp-eyed, droll commentary.
+ Rainn Wilson's Soulpancake: like hanging out at a coffeehouse talking about life, only without that annoying dude who keeps stroking his goatee and pontificating about this week's Economist in a loud, stentorian voice.
+ Breakfast at Sulimay's: old people review indie rock. LJ, Liz and I are probably going to do this when we get to be their age. It'll be better than the Golden Girls. The old dude on the right is my favorite. Go find his interview with Fuck Buttons, it's kind of awesome.

Say something so insightful and witty, it will blow us away. (No pressure.)
Got something to say? We'd love to hear it! Name, email and "type in the weirdo drunken text" thingie are all required to comment; don't worry, we won't email you or anything, we just want to make sure you're not an evil spambot. Keeping in mind the good-times mentality we like to keep going here, we've worked hard to keep NOGOODFORME.COM as fun as possible. We welcome all kinds of comments, but insults/abuse/general bitchery are not tolerated. In other words, we put the smackdown on evil troll posts. If you want to be a hater, please go elsewhere. Now, as Salt 'N Pepa say, "Only the sexy people..."

Word re: Liz's Breakfast at Sulimay's comment.
By the way, nogoodforme.com is going to RULE SO HARD when we're all Senior Citizens! So many unexplored possibilities! Blue hair, Hearing Aid Chic, Christopher Kane wheelchairs, the list goes on and on...
