Laura Jane Investigates: Does Life Need Frosting? (PHASE II)

PHASE II: LAURA JANE FUCKS UP A CINNABON (Tuesday, July 21st, 2009- 12:15 PM)
It's nice to watch a video of myself, and not "Laura Jane"-
LAURA JANE FUCKS UP A CINNABON from emily richmond on Vimeo.
PS: I feel as though it is my duty to mention that this video may be "triggering." I also feel as though it is my duty to mention that, if you might be "triggered" by this video, you should definitely watch this video. I believe that discomfort leads to growth and progress, which I think this footage makes pretty apparent. That being said: this video contains fairly detailed descriptions of what I ate when I was sick. Please don't steal my anorexia tips and apply them to your own life! They suck! I hate them! You would too!
PPS: THANK YOU SO MAJORLY MUCH TO THE AMAZING MONEY EMILY RICHMOND, who edited this video for me in the space of one (1) evening. Some people are geniuses.

I think that you are brave and interesting.

You are the bravest girl ever, Laura Jane! I completely and utterly know how hard something like that is, but you did great. It is so helpful (for serious, you don't even know) to see your progress documented like this online. Be brave! Keep working to be 100% you!!! You are already well on your way :)

Thanks guys! "Brave" is such a nice compliment. It makes me feel like I am one of those St. Bernards from the past with a barrel of brandy around my neck, instead of just a Cinnabon-eater.

ok, I finally had time to give this video my full attention (which it deserves, incidentally). I am pretty sure if was a dude I would totally have to ask you out on a non-Cinnabon related date. As it stands, me being hetero and kinda/sorta taken chick, I think that was an incredible thing you did there and I totally get it - I couldn't do it. It's right up there with a donut or cheetos for me. But well done, painful as it might have been.
Things are looking up for Miss Laura Jane and I can attest to this because while i was having a glass of rose at this restaurant I never go to in LA MAXWELL'S SILVER F*CKING HAMMER came on. In a restaurant the day of the "what beatles song are you post" a song I can say for certain I have never heard but within the confines of my own bedroom/car/hipster house party?! GOOD OMEN. umm, yeah... so there's that.
hopefully that doesn't come across as waaaay weird. :)

Wow, Meg! That is totally wild. The only time I have ever heard "Maxwell's Silver Hammer" in public is when I played it on a jukebox once because I like to play embarrassing Beatles songs on jukeboxes.
Thank you so much for the positive energy!
